The wine cellar at the Tirolerhof contains only fine wines from the South Tyrolean region: “We have so many high-quality wine producers here in our land, so why go beyond the borders?” says sommelière and wine academic Barbara. Her exquisite collection is a regular and popular focus for wine tastings at the Hotel Tirolerhof in South Tyrol. While biodynamic wines can also be found on the racks, the hostess pays attention to all aspects of environmentally friendly production – because conscious enjoyment at the Tirolerhof extends right down to the wine cellar.
