Our breakfast buffet with high-quality products and homemade delicacies awaits you every day from 07:30 to 10:00 am.
Cancellation conditions
Up to 30 days before arrival, the booking can be cancelled free of charge and the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation from the 29th day until the 14th day before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 80% of the agreed daily price per booked day will be charged.
In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily price will be charged for each non-consumed day.
Check-In
On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m. If you plan your arrival after 8 p.m. please inform us by phone.
Check-Out
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m.
Directions
The Tirolerhof is located in Via dei Carbonai 11 in San Leonardo in Passiria/St. Leonhard in Passeier. Here you can find our directions for a comfortable arrival. You can park directly on our hotel's own parking area.
Deposit
For each reservation we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total price.
Means of payment
You can pay your hotel bill in cash up to 1.999,99 €, by EC card or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). If you pay by check, please let us know 2 days before departure.
Pets
Your four-legged friend is welcome in our hotel! However, please understand that your pet is not allowed to enter the dining room and the wellness area. For your dog we charge a daily supplement of 10,00 €.
Pick up service
We offer our guests a transfer for extra charge from the train stations of Merano and Brennero. For organisational reasons we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
Smokers
According to Italian law, smoking is forbidden in our hotel and therefore also in our rooms. You are allowed to smoke on our garden terrace.

Spring water
Our potable water stems from the source of the Rio di Valtina that flows directly past our hotel. You will find our refreshing spring water in your room and directly at our buffet.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax amounts to 2,80 € per person and night and has to be paid directly on site. Children up to the age of 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
Trip cancellation insurance
In anticipation of unforeseen circumstances, you can purchase a trip cancellation insurance.
Wellness
Our wellness area is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the reception.
