"On the night of 5-6 December, the innkeeper Nikolaus Gufler presented himself with a fine gift for the Feast of St. Nicholas. He bought the new “Tirolerhof” hotel, together with its annex and all the furnishings, for 100,000 crowns from Mr Alois Ennemoser. We wish him well with his magnificent purchase."
